 Placing an Order


  • Select your Product type through the product listing on the left side of the page or click on the graphic representation of the product on the home page.
  • Select the product options on the Pricing Calculator (options vary by product):

          Quantity
          Size
          Paper Stock
          Ink Color
          Coating
          Folding
          Binding

  • Select Proofing Method.

  • Select a Production Days After Proof option.

  • Upload your print ready file.

  • Click Add to Cart when ready to send order to the shopping cart.

  Shopping Cart

  • Check the items that are in the shopping cart.

  • Click the Delete link to omit an item from the shopping cart.

  • Click Continue Shopping to order another product.

  • Click Proceed to Checkout when finished shopping and when you have verified that all information in the shopping cart is correct.

  Customer Login


  • Login here at the login screen if you are a returning customer.

  • Click Create an Account if you are a new customer.

  Create An Account


  • Enter your profile information if you are a new customer.

  • Click Update Profile when completed.

  Check Out


  • Provide accurate contact, project shipping, and billing information.

  • Click the shopping cart icon at the top of the screen if you want to return to the Shopping Cart.
  • Click Check Out when done.

  Finalize Order


  • Enter the Promotion Code if you have one.

  • Select the shipping method.

  • Check the final calculation including shipping charges and taxes where applicable.

  • Enter the PO# if applicable.

  • Give any additional instructions.

  Pay for the Order


  • Enter your billing information if paying via credit card.

  • Login to your PayPal account if paying via PayPal

   Guidelines for Submitting Files 

  • Click the Browse / Choose File button under the Pricing Calculator on a product page.

  • Locate the file that has been created for the order.

  • Select the file by double-clicking on it or by clicking the "Open" button. The linking path to your file will appear in the text box next to the Browse / Choose File button.

  • Repeat if needed to attach all your files.

  • Please note: we strongly recommend that you ZIP or STUFF your files before sending. Not doing so may result in files not transferring, data loss, or file corruption.

  • Files containing sensitive information should be encrypted before sending.

  • The speed of your file upload is dependent on the file size, your Internet  connection speed, and the volume of internet traffic.
